My Journey​
My journey into holistic health and wellness has been a deeply personal one, shaped by my own experiences and challenges.

In 2018, I was in college running Division I Cross Country and Track & Field while studying Exercise Physiology and Sport Psychology. Maintaining tune and connection to my body was vital to my success and in turn, my highest priority.
Understanding the human body on a physiologic level has always been a passion of mine because it's so personal: knowledge we can apply to ourselves and our own human experience.

Over the course of my senior year, I began to experience health issues that took me away from my sport, my passion for exercise, and ultimately how I identified with myself on a daily basis. I was in physical pain and incredibly uncomfortable in my body. This lead me into a deep depression because for the first time in my life, I felt that I had no control over my body. I felt completely disconnected.

I began to seek help and understanding through the western medical system. For a year, I saw many physicians and specialists that ran blood panels, conducted diagnostic tests, and even went to the extent of performing diagnostic surgery. Ultimately, we hit a dead end. I became frustrated because I knew something was wrong and the western medical system didn't have answers for me. I felt defeated.

My experience as a young woman navigating and seeking help through the western medical system felt lonely.
I realized that the healthcare system was overburdened. My specialists didn't have the ability to dedicate intention to my situation, everything was viewed "textbook", and I was often prescribed medications even when they didn't have a clue what the root cause of my symptoms were.

I needed someone that could evaluate each symptom I was dealing with and understand how they were all interconnected. This person became myself.

When you're desperate to feel better, you'll do anything. After a year of darkness and feeling like there was no way back to my genuine feeling of health, I leaned into the study of holistic forms of healing.

Utilizing my vast understanding of human physiology combined with my newfound understanding of herbs and healing foods, I was able to heal myself. I began to cleanse my body of pathogens and change my diet to support healing (and ultimately thriving) on a daily basis. I discovered the natural healing benefits of particular foods and herbs and how we can incorporate them into our daily life in a way that is satisfying. This experience propelled and transformed my lifestyle and ultimately how I define health.
I began to realize that wellness isn’t just about dieting or exercise; it’s about nurturing every part of ourselves: mind, body, and spirit. This revelation was life-changing and inspired me to help others along their own journey.
I believe that true health is natural. Our bodies are created with intelligent and intuitive design to heal themselves without medication or a "quick fix". Our bodies are constantly communicating with us and when we experience symptoms, they are simply indicators of a deeper issue.

After graduating with my bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Sport Psychology, I pursued my certification to become a Holistic Health Practitioner. Over the last six years, I've accumulated experience and understanding in many different healing modalities in addition to food and herbs. Yoga, breath work, journaling, and different forms of energetic and emotional release have become an integral part of my practice.
I've successfully worked with men and women of all ages as well as athletes seeking guidance on how to elevate their health in alignment with their training and performance. This work is truly my passion as it brings me much joy to share my knowledge in service to the elevation of another's life experience. I feel blessed to be able to combine my passions of holistic health, exercise, and cooking nutritious and delicious meals! Every person I help is a contribution to increasing awareness of what health really is within our society and not what we have been conditioned to believe it is.
Holistic health is whole health; meaning, everything is interconnected. When we heal emotionally, we also heal physically. When we heal energetically, we also heal physically. When we heal physically, we provide ourselves a clear vessel which in turn increases our energetic and emotional clarity.

I'm here to enlighten you to the reality that your health and wellness journey can be harmonious. You can enjoy all of the foods you love---- just in a new, and elevated way. You can free yourself from the imprisonment that is diets and medication. You can "live your best life" through a cleansed and renewed understanding.
